Tudor lane is our flagship acquisition. It was acquired from a distressed owner. We have completed our stabilization and cap-x investment phases successfully. We have been running this operation with 100% occupancy.

This is a 48 unit 1 bed apartment community. It was acquired in early 2022. It was a value play. It has also met our acquisition strategy and provides extensive opportunity to add value to this asset.
This is also a unique property as we are able to take some 1 bed units and convert them to 2 bed and increase our NOI.
